Documents Needed
In addition to submitting the form above please provide the following documents to the Trust Administrator by email to [email protected], by mail or in person at the the GFL Environmental Stoney Creek Regional Facility, 65 Green Mountain Road W., Stoney Creek, ON. L8J 1X5;
Please provide two signed reference letters with the references' original signature (from a teacher and one from a non-related person familiar with the applicant who lives in the Upper Stoney Creek area and who will attest to the residency of the applicant, ie: neighbour).
Please attach a 600-800 word essay based on your experiences living in Upper Stoney Creek what do you feel would benefit/enhance the quality of life for the residents residing in this community. What approach would you take to implement your idea? The essay can also be supplemented with additional presentation materials. Think outside of the box!
A official letter of acceptance from an accredited school presented on the official paper of the institution and bears the appropriate signature(s) and/or seal of the institution.
Attach a resume specifically outlining volunteer/community involvement.
Parental Consent, if under the age of 18.
